Refund and Replacement Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shu3abeelak. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment is received and the order is placed with our supplier, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

We do not accept returns or exchanges because all items are custom-sourced and shipped from our suppliers overseas.


2. Defective or Damaged Items

You are eligible for a replacement only if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon delivery, and
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receipt, and
  • You provide clear photos/videos of:
    • The item before use
    • The original packaging and shipping label

3. Proof Requirement

We require photographic or video proof showing the defect at the time of unpacking.

  • Without proof, we cannot approve a replacement.
  • Any damage that occurs after delivery is not covered.

4. Replacement Process

  • Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no extra cost.
  • Replacement shipping timelines will depend on your chosen shipping method (sea or air).

5. Refunds as a Last Resort

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The same item is no longer available from our suppliers, or
  • A replacement cannot be shipped for reasons beyond our control.

6. Exclusions (No Replacement)

Replacements will not be provided for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or accidents after delivery
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Items that match the description and were delivered in good condition
